How long does it take to ship?

My tracking shows that my package has been delivered but I can't find it. What do I do?

If a package is marked as “delivered” by the mail carrier it is your responsibility as the recipient to track it down. Please be sure to check around your home/yard as well as check with your neighbors. You’d be surprised how many packages are left inside open garages, behind gates, or under patio furniture. The best luck with packages marked as ‘delivered’ is to speak with your local post office and the actual person that handles your mail. Typically, lost packages like this will show up within 2 weeks!

My tracking shows that my package was "undeliverable". What should I do?

If a package is ‘returned to sender’ and is marked ‘undeliverable as addressed’ it can be due to multiple different reasons such as an incorrect address or the mailperson not having access to your residence. We would love to ship it back to you once the issue has been figured out and resolved. All undeliverable’ packages can be re-shipped at a cost of shipping fee. Please contact us through email and we can follow up this issue with you.

I'm not from Canada. Why do I have to pay to pick up my package?

When you order product from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring that item into your country. Customers assume all costs associated with declaration value in accordance with their countries duties and tariff costs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. We do not accept cash or cheque.

 

Refunds and Returns

What's your refund policy for returns?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@koreanstreetkollective.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent Richmond, B.C., Canada. We do not refund shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
